Little Cedar Sunday School

Sunday School 10:00 a.m.

 

Sunday School is from September to May and starts at 10 a.m. after morning worship.  It is for children 3 years old through 8^th grade. 

Our Sunday School is taught with a rotation style.  We have 4 classrooms: 

• Abraham’s Tent:  We read the bible story; students follow along or read parts of the story in their bibles and then have discussion of the story and concepts.
• Jesus’ Crafts: We create something that is associated with the bible lesson.
• God’s Cinema: We watch a movie based on the bible lesson.
• Bible Playhouse: We play games and watch puppet shows based on the bible story.

 

 We also have Children’s Choir for 3 year olds to 2^nd grade and Worship Band that is 3^rd through 5^th Grade. 

Our older students help out in the Southland Food Shelf twice a month and visit Assisted Living apartments once a month. 

The Sunday School students also put on a Christmas Program every December for the congregation.
