Little Cedar Senior Choir

Little Cedar Senior Choir has started its practices and we are still looking for more members to join in the fun.  The choir practices every Sunday immediately following the service. We sing every other Sunday. We are a guilt-free choir. If you cannot make it every Sunday, we still want you to join. Everyone is busy and has commitments, but if you like to sing, I truly recommend that you join us. We always practice at 8:30 AM on the Sundays that we sing, so even if you weren’t at the practice before, you will still be able to familiarize yourself with the song.

I would like to welcome Pam Bamrick back as our accompanist. Before I agreed to direct, I checked with her first to see if she was still willing to accompany the choir. She is such an integral part of the choir that I don’t think I could serve as director without her. Her talents are very much appreciated.

♪On a sad note, we will miss Marjie Meier immensely. Even though she was not in the choir last year, she was a member for so many years. Marjie devoted so much of her energy and enthusiasm to the musical atmosphere of Little Cedar. It will be difficult without her around. I will personally miss her suggestions and guidance.

As you know, Bev and Larry Bowers will not be singing with us because of their move from Adams. They leave two vacancies that will be difficult to fill.

I strongly believe that the choir adds so much to the worship service at Little Cedar. I hope that you can join us as a member. If you love to sing, your place is in the choir!
